PDR-100 GF Key Features

• Hands Free Recording - the new PDR100 with the G-Force module can be set up to record automatically upon sensing motion. This is user programmable. You can set the amount of G-Force required to trigger automatic recording meaning that there is no need to worry about remembering to switch the recorder on or off. This feature can be turned off if not required.
• Instant On – the PDR100, when sensing external power being applied, can be set to instantly turn on. You do not need to push a button to turn it on anymore.
• Overlay on the video of the G-Force graphics measuring lateral and horizontal GForce. Graphic can be turned on or off.
• Audio Mixing – the PDR100 can mix audio by bringing in driver communication (external audio) on the left channel and record ambient audio using the on-board PDR100 microphone for the right channel.
• Recycle Recording - set the PDR100 to record a preset file size, the PDR will then make files of that size until the compact flash card gets full, and then overwrite the oldest file.
• Super Capacitor (SC) – also available as the PDR-100-GF-SC, where the AA battery compartment is replaced by Super Capacitors (SC), which are rechargeable capacitors that provide instant backup for a short period of time to the recorder and stay charged at all times. PDR-100 GF Summary

• Will turn on automatically when you start the vehicle.
• Will start recording automatically when the car is moving.
• Will save the video file and then shut down 60 seconds after sensing a lack of motion.
• You can set the unit to require a higher G-Force to e.g. to know when someone has driving the family or company car in a manner that was not intended.

• With Recycle Recording, you can even leave the unit in the vehicle and never touch it until something happens.

• Rugged with no moving parts, and light-weight (420g).
• Completely field upgradeable! Download the newest software from our website to a CF card and update yourself.
• Internal dual microphone that’s fully user gain adjustable. However this can be changed to take an external microphone or a co-pilot headset input.
• Powered by external 12V DC or internal AA batteries (four). Provides 12V DC power to external cameras (300ma max).
• Video looping feature (user selectable) continuously records until stopped. Perfect for security applications.
• Video is stored directly onto compact flash (CF) cards (Any size - Must be 45x minimum)
• Recording is controlled by a single press of a button or by a LANC Remote.
• A built-in LCD screen provides visual notifications and menu options.
