Before shipping any products back to us for repair or return, you must receive a RMA number from us. Without a valid RMA number, we will not be able to process your return/repair.

REPAIRS
We try our best to offer repairs at reasonable prices. All products under warranty will be repaired at our cost. If one of your ChaseCam products is no longer under warranty and is no longer working properly, you can contact us to get a quote on repairs.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you may ship it back to us to collect a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days.

You must fill out our Repair/Return PDF, including valid RMA number, with your shipment.

SHIPPING TO US
Under any circumstances, all shipments to us MUST be insured. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please be careful to package the item appropriately. 
If you do not package your product in a manner we find exceptable, you may void your warranty or we may choose not to accept your return.

You must include a completed copy of the Return/Repair PDF included in your shipment!
