LIABILITY
ChaseCam limits our liability to the replacement of the items we sell. We are not liable beyond that. That would include the potential use of the products on your person or vehicle. We do not condone or encourage unsafe or illegal activities.

WARRANTY
Chasecam offers a full 30 day FULL money back guarantee on all our products. We aim to create happy customers. If for any reason you feel the product was not a good fit for your needs, just get in touch and let us know. After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original product purchase price (not including shipping).

We pride ourselves in offering high quality products, but even the best products can occasionally have a problem. If the item you purchased from us has a problem in 90 days, let us know so we can replace it. This does not include items damaged from high shock, collisions, or misuse.

We try to always offer an upgrade path. We feel the best customers are not the new ones, but the existing ones and we appreciate that. If your ChaseCam product is out of warranty and you want to upgrade, we offer a very favorable upgrade path. Please contact us to find out more.

SHIPPING
If you place and pay in full for your Chasecam purchases before 3.00pm we will usually send out your order the same day. Delivery within the UK, in most cases, is made by Royal Mail Recorded delivery, with orders arriving within 24 hours of the next working day following receipt of a cleared payment. Your order will need to be signed for on arrival at the delivery address. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel the Royal Mail should leave a card asking you to either request redelivery or to pick the item up from your local Royal Mail depot.

Orders from countries within the EU will normally be sent by Express Courier and delivered the next working day if the order is received before 11.30am.
Outside the EU and for the rest of the World will take between 1- 4 days depending on the country of destination. All deliveries overseas will need to be signed for in full on receipt at the delivery address.

We will ask you for an email address to send confirmation details about your order.
